This event celebrates Tim Ward’s contribution to the community through his years as an advocate and promoter of live music and local talent, and a member of the Broome County Celtic Pipes & Drum Band. Remarks from dignitaries, friends and family. He joins a special group of people recognized for significant contributions to the culture and community of Greater Binghamton. Attendees will enjoy refreshments and of course – live music!
